I love this bag! I used it on a recent week-long kayak wilderness trip, along with some other bags. This one stows nicely way up front in my kayak. I have 2, and they worked well to keep my camp shoes and sleepwear dry.
I also used this in my bicycle panniers for a multi-day trek to keep my clothes dry.

The descriptive ad for the NRS Dri-Stow Dry Bag is right on when they say "Constructed with the occasional boater in mind". After 1 season of sailboat racing, my bag ripped where you fold it over at the top seam. Company reps were understanding and sent me a new one right away as a replacement. I will spend more money and get their better bag next time.

Comments about NRS Dri-Stow Dry Bag:

I went on a four day canoe trip and used three NRS bags of different materials and this is the only one that leaked when we got water in the bottom of the canoe from a big rain storm. When I brought it home I noticed a tear in the clear plastic down by the bottom. It is possible that maybe it got up against something sharp somewhere along the line. I liked being able to see the contents but will not get another one again.
