However, before it actually got into his hands, i realized it's the perfect size for my camera. I've been using it all summer and it's perfect. On the days I don't use it for my camera, it's the perfect size for my cell phone and (rather bulky) key ring. Measured the camera and compared dimensions on all the Pelicans in the spec-chart and decided on the closest size. Plan for the foam insert reducing the internal dimensions of these cases. Luckily, the 1010 fits my camera snugly and is not too small and needing returning. Generously go at least one size bigger to the size of what you're packing. Also, these are more appropriate as gear-cases - not as deck-secured waterproof cases to be opened and closed with the removal and stowage of a camera or GPS.
