After losing two cellphones stored in other products I bought the pelican box. Nothing could be better for my kayaking adventures which often last several days. With a bluetooth I can leave the box in my deckbag and never have to worry. Great product.

This thing is indeed waterproof (as far as I know) and keeps my iPhone 3GS safe. But the phone barely fits in the case due to the (excessive?) rubber stuff inside which mostly seems to want to propel the phone back out. But once the box is latched, it's fine and stays shut. Could be that part of the trouble is the thin case I have on my phone, but it's a tight fit even for just the bare phone.

Kayaking, Trekking, Camping, Havasu Canyon, and Fumble Fingers. This case is perfect. It's been rained on, dropped, baked in the desert sun, and dropped again, and both it and my blackberry have survived intact. The head phone adapter works beautifully as well (it was grest for a rainy evening stuck in my tent while camping).
