- The secure screw-clamp fits on an ammo can or plastic bucket, which also serves as the water holding reservoir.
- Press on the rubber pump bulb with your foot to direct a powerful stream of water to your hands.
- Be sure to collect the soapy wash water in another container and dispose of it properly.
- Always wash your hands after using your toilet system and before handling food items.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizing gels are a great sanitation tool, but remember, they don't work well on dirty hands. Wash hands thoroughly to remove dirt before using the gels.

Bought the product recently. Have used a similar one on two private river trips on the Colorado and liked it. Just spent two weeks on the Copper River and it performed flawlessly - even with silty water and lots of sand. Sets up quick - uses two buckets but the unit and soap store in the bucket. It does break down easily. Use it anytime after you've used the latrine or while preparing food and you want to wash the onion off your hands before you handle other food. It's a big player in prevention of any uncomfortable gastric events as well as helping prevent spread of colds or worse yet the flu. My only (minor) complaint would be that the bulb isn't real strong so it takes a second or two to re-inflate after squeezing. Very satisfied.

Small and lightweight. Simple and and smartly designed. Fits right into a small ammo can with other cleaning items. Make sure you clean ammo can thoroughly before you use it as a clean water supply and support system for the steel hoses. A little leery of the plastic base on the pump but time will tell. Still, we are jazzed to have it.
