While I had a fishing/floating business, I used a lot of Sheila's recipes from her first Dutch oven cookbook. My philosophy was that if I couldn't guaranty the fishing, the food would always be top notch. That cookbook helped me accomplish that goal. This newer book will add a great deal to my private trips, be they river or car, and bye the way, home meals, too. I've already done a few things from the book that turned out very tasty. I'm looking forward to trying more of these dishes. I'll probably end up giving her book as gifts.
