This video explains very clearly the details of body and paddle position in order to learn a successful roll. I have had some previous rolling instruction and had been experiencing some difficulties. After watching the video my roll has improved and I am more able to troubleshoot any difficulties I may be having. I would highly recommend this video to anyone learning to roll or having difficulty with their rolls.

The CD is brief yet very simple to follow. The lessons given and the manner in which they are provided are engaging and very useful for those trying to master a roll or refine an existing technique. Would recommend it to friends and enemies alike. Its that good:-)

Ben is a fabulous instructor. I was lucky enough to take a couple of his courses when he was in the Boston area. The rolling clinic was especially helpful. Being able to get the basics of a roll on dry land with the instructor walking you through the process beats hanging upside down under water trying to figure out what you are doing wrong. Been there done that, not so much fun.
