The Yakima Mako Saddles cradle your kayak's hull with soft, grippy pads to keep it in place during transport. This half-set is the ideal companion to the HulleyRollers (sold separately), providing a firm support once your boat is loaded. Or combine two Mako Saddle half-sets for a reliable car top kayak carrier. Connects to round or square bars.
  • A pair of Yakima Mako Saddles supports one end of your boat. Combine that with a set of HullyRollers or get two sets of Makos to fully support your boat.

  • Soft, grippy saddle Dynaflex™ pads flex and hold your kayak in place without scratching it.

  • Saddle pads flex to fit any rigid hull shape.

  • A soft polyester pad with a self adhesive back attaches to the saddle protecting the finish on your boat.

  • Includes one 16' Yakima padded Heavy Duty Strap for tie-down and 1 Bow/Stern Tie Down.
