I've ordered three of these hats and have been unimpressed. The best two looking hats are the pictures, but what you get is so far off from these that you will be left disappointed. I wish the back of the hat, had a plastic traditional snap, as opposed to a bulky velcro dorky-looking piece. Also, I've gotten a hat with the NRS logo just stitched on wherever and crooked. I like it best on the side and it should stay there. I would not buy one, unless I could hand pick it out myself. I have spent more on shipping than the hats worth.

I really like the design and look of this product but it does not fit well. I wear a hat every single day and have several other Kavu hats that I am extremely happy with. As soon as it arrived, I ripped the tag off and threw it on my head to only be unsatisfied with the fit.

I really like the idea of using recycled clothing to make a new hat. I really like the look of the hat. It strikes a good balance between looking good yet still being a very functional hat. I've worn it a few times on the river and it breathes really well which is nice in the summer. Also the fact that it's made here in the U.S. definitely makes it money well spent
