If at any time you’re not satisfied with the performance of an NRS product, please return it to us for assessment.
If the NRS order you received was incorrect, call or email us and we’ll send you the right gear right away.
If your purchase was damaged in shipping, let us know and we’ll replace it immediately. Please save the original item and its packaging.
Contact NRS before returning oversized or flammable items. These items require special handling.

Package your return along with the paperwork. Please remember to remove or mark out any old shipping labels on the box.
